What's included
Initial Information & Communication
To begin with, you’ll share a floor plan (or a simple sketch with measurements), provide photographs of your space and complete a short questionnaire. This allows us to fully understand your room, how it’s used, and any existing furniture to be considered.
Personalised Layout Design Package
You’ll receive a clear, visual digital layout pack delivered by email. Designed to be easy to save, share and refer back to, it will support you as you plan and arrange your room.
Furniture & Space Planning
We’ll create a layout plan that works for your space, taking into account:
Room dimensions and proportions
Flow and circulation
Furniture placement and scale
Multi-functional areas (if needed)
Zones for living, dining, working, or relaxing
Designer Walk-Through Call
A 20-minute video call is included to talk you through your layout design package. We will explain the reasoning behind each placement and planning decision, and answer any questions.
Styling Notes
Your layout package will include general styling suggestions for key pieces, finishes and textures to complement the layout and enhance the overall look and feel of the room.

This service is delivered remotely. Your personalised layout design package will be sent by email, followed by a 20-minute video call to talk you through the recommendations and answer any questions.
Can you work with existing furniture?
Yes. We can incorporate the furniture you already own. Your questionnaire allows you to share dimensions and photos so that we can plan accordingly.
How many layout options will I receive?
You will receive one carefully considered layout plan, tailored specifically to your room and your lifestyle preferences.
Are revisions included?
Revisions are not included in the Layout Consultation.
