Garden Cottage
A kitchen that felt bright, cheerful and full of character — colourful and uplifting, while still respecting the charm of this listed cottage.
As the room was naturally small and dark, the design focused on maximising light, storage and functionality. Bespoke cabinetry was designed to utilise every inch of space, with integrated cupboards, open shelving and pull-out work surfaces adding both practicality and visual interest. To preserve the cottage’s original character, open shelving and the exposed brick wall were retained and celebrated as part of the design. We added warm timber, Foresso surfaces and vibrant yellow cabinetry to bring texture, personality and energy to the space.
The result is a joyful, hardworking kitchen that feels spacious, characterful and personal.
